A few years ago, most buyers automatically started in Gilbert.

Now, a lot of them are heading a little further out to Queen Creek instead.

The biggest reason? Space.

Buyers are finding newer homes, larger floorplans, and more value for their money. For many families, that tradeoff makes sense, especially if they don’t need to commute every single day.

Queen Creek also still has that growing community feel that a lot of people like. New restaurants, new shopping, and newer neighborhoods continue to pull buyers in.

That doesn’t mean Gilbert isn’t still incredibly popular. It just means buyers are weighing location differently than they used to.

For some people, being a little further out is worth getting more home.
